Tom Hillegers
Tom has over 20 years of experience in the real estate banking and investment industry. He was formerly part of ING’s Real Estate Finance origination team, as Director Transaction Management responsible for pan-European cross-border financings. Thereafter, he was part of ING’s RE Credit Risk and Restructuring department, which managed a EUR 30bn portfolio of commercial RE loans. Beginning of 2014, Tom joined Round Hill Capital a vertically integrated PE investment and asset management company in the accommodation sector.
During a 5-year period Tom was managing director of the newly created Round Hill Dutch Residential Investment platform and was responsible for the management and acquisitions and was co-director of the dedicated Property Management platform. Mid 2019 this platform amounted to 10,000 residential units and was sold to Heimstaden in a Dutch market record-breaking deal. Tom holds a MSc. degree in Economics from Maastricht University.

José Antonio Roodhof
José has over 10 year of experience in the real estate investment an asset management industry. He started his career as researcher Real Estate Finance at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate / University of Amsterdam. Early 2016 he joined Round Hill Capital as its third employee in The Netherlands and was part of the investment management team of the newly created Dutch Residential Investment platform, that upon its exit mid 2019 amounted to 10,000 residential units.
After leaving Round Hill Capital, José gained experience in asset management and real estate development. José holds a MSc. degree in Real Estate Science from the University of Groningen. Prior to NorthStar he was part of the investment management team of Heimstaden in The Netherlands.

Eva Huijgen
Eva Huijgen has over 20 years of experience in architecture and in the real estate investment and asset management industry.
She was previously part of Round Hill Capital's Asset Management team, in charge of asset management of the Dutch residential and student housing portfolio's, including the 10,000 residential unit platform that was sold to Heimstaden in a market record-breaking deal in 2019.
Prior Eva worked for Bouwfonds Investment Management as an Asset and Portfolio manager for Dutch as well as European residential and student housing funds. In this role she managed portfolios in The Netherlands and UK and she was responsible for asset management and the evaluation of acquisition propositions. Prior to that Eva worked as Manager Market Research for Bouwfonds and DTZ Zadelhoff, where she specialized in research of residential markets. She started her professional career as an architect. She holds a Master of Science degree in Architecture from Delft University of Technology.
